Resource System: Mana
Role: Support
Scheele has AP ratios
Passive: Sickly Residue-Enemies hit by Scheele’s abilities cause them to lose either magic resistance or
armor (whichever has a higher value) for a short time this effect can stack up
to 3 times.
Q-Napalm Flask: Scheele throws a
flask that explodes, dealing damage in a small area. Low CD. Subsequent levels
of this spell increase the damage done.
W- Congeal: Scheele causes stacks of
residue on all nearby targets to congeal dealing damage and slowing them. Higher
stacks of residue on a target increase the damage taken and slow percentage. If
targets have 3 stacks they are rooted for one second. When the slow/root ends
all stacks of Sickly Residue are removed from the target. Damage from Congeal
does not generate a stack of Sickly Residue. Subsequent levels of this spell
increase the damage taken and slow duration of the spell.
E-Shadow Clouds: Scheele sends out
three shadow clouds (similar to TF Wild Cards). If an enemy champion is hit a
shadowy fragment attaches itself to them reducing their field of vision for a
few seconds and adding a stack of Sickly Residue. Subsequent levels of this
spell increase the damage done and reduce the CD of the spell.
R- Noxious Sphere: Scheele throws a
large sphere at a target location. When it lands it cracks open and begins
spinning, dispersing toxic fumes which damage any enemies hit. These fumes are
released like concentric Saturn rings, each growing larger and larger as the
toxic fume rings disperse. A total of 5 rings are released. As the rings
increase in size the concentration of the toxin is less deadly. Enemies can
only be hit once by each ring. Subsequent levels of this spell increase the
damage done and reduce the CD of the spell.
When thinking about Scheele I
thought of Twitch’s (and Waitomo’s) stacking poisons and how they interact with
the champions’ other abilities. I thought what if a champion’s skillset
revolved around this debuff. When I first started out I thought of Scheele as a
character with many abilities similar to both Singed and Malzahar in terms of
dots and ground slows. However as the character developed he turned into a more
Ziggs/Twitch Hybrid. I really liked the whole Twitch poison mechanic (see
Waitomo above) and I thought it would it be interesting to have an offensive
support that utilized this mechanic. In the near future I plan on trying out
different ideas with stacking buffs or debuffs and their interactions with the
characters abilities.
