Passive Elven Grace: Elle ignores
unit collision and slows are less effective against her. In addition every 3rd
ability usage procs an additional healing effect on her next ability. These
heals are more powerful every time Elle levels up.
Q- Serenity Slash: Elle Slashes her
sword in front of her releasing an arc of energy which damages enemies. Bonus
Proc: Serenity Slash leaves a trail of energy. This trail heals allies
periodically who stand in it and slows enemies who stand in it. Subsequent
levels of this spell increase the damage dealt as well as reduce the CD of the
spell.
W- Whisper Walk: Every 20 seconds
(is reduced with CD Reduction) Elle gains a charge of Whisper Walk up to a
maximum of 3. When activated Elle goes into stealth for .5 seconds and gains 10-20
base movement speed. Elle’s next autoattack in stealth, or 1 second after
coming out of stealth, deals bonus damage. Bonus Proc: Whisper Walk heals Elle
for a percentage of her missing health after dealing the bonus damage.
Subsequent levels of this spell increase the movement speed boost and the bonus
damage dealt.
E- Elegant Evasion: Elle leaps to a
target location dealing damage on impact. Resets on kill and assist. Bonus Proc:
Elle releases a burst of healing in addition to damage when she lands.
Subsequent levels of this spell increase the damage dealt and reduce the CD of
the spell.
R-Elven Whirlwind: Elle infuses her
sword with mystical energy and spins. Enemies within the radius take damage and
are affected by Grievous Wounds. Allies within the radius gain bonus movement
speed and regeneration. Elle can move while spinning. Elle cannot perform any
other actions while spinning. Subsequent levels of this spell increase the
damage dealt and the regeneration granted.
Elle was the first champion I made
abilities for and I wanted to stay true to the whole healing/assassin theme laid
out. When I first made her, every ability healed with no proc system and I
realized it would have been a nightmare balancing her out if every ability she
had healed every time she used them. So I added the procs to her passive. This
made you make a choice of whether you wanted larger periodic heals with
Serenity Slash, a quick AoE burst heal with Elegant Evasion, or a larger
personal heal with Wind Walk. This support(ish) assassin would be a new type of
champion in the league with the ability to both support and heal while dishing
out damage. I would want her healing to be significant enough to make a
difference in a fight but not nearly enough to sustain herself or a team
through heavy or even medium poke damage.
